La Maison Rouge

La maison rouge, fondation Antoine de Galbert

Founded by collector Antoine de Galberg, and set in a former printworks, the Red House is an independently run space that alternates monographic shows of contemporary artists’ work with pieces from different private art collections.

The architect, Jean-Yves Clement of Amplitude in Grenoble, was chosen to renovate the buildings and unify them into a coherent gallery experience, yet maintain a semblance of their industrial past.

Rose Bakery culture

The famous Rose Bakery which opened first in rue des Martyrs ( 75009) runs the retaurant inside the gallery.
