The name means Cake’s factory. And it is the story of two friends , Alice and Lisa, that learned pastry at the famous Ferrandi school in Paris.
After having work at Gérard Mulot (very known parisian pastry) they decided to open their own shop in 2012.
This is a really girly place with a lot of bright colors where they made like-mom-did cakes. They like t use fresh ingredients and seasonal fruits with very few sugar. the cheesecake is certainly one of the best in Paris.
